Desirable IT Related Skills

* Highly developed knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and Windows SBS 2003
* Any experience with Windows Server 2008
* Windows desktop operating systems / back office suites including Microsoft Exchange
* Knowledge of Server/PC and general hardware troubleshooting and repair
* Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft print services using network printers and standard TCP/IP port printing
* In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and WINS
* Administering and maintaining local area network, remote access via dial-up network and VPN technologies
* Knowledge of 3rd party applications i.e. CA ITM, Citrix, MYOB, Backup Assist etc
* Experience with TCP/IP and networking principles
* Able to create and maintain documents describing network and system configuration
* Minimum 3 years industry experience in IT systems support role
* A+, MCP and/or MCSE qualification will be highly regarded
